ChainUp SMS/Email Service
To solve the problem that some merchants cannot open accounts with third-party SMS/email service providers, ChainUp has integrated several internationally renowned service providers to provide a complete set of SMS/email services. Merchants can quickly realize the connection of SMS/email through ChainUp.
Opening Process
Merchants need to contact the project manager who specializes in managing this part and provide the necessary account opening information, mainly including:
Merchant name, such as ChainUp;
Contact name, such as John;
The mobile phone number of the contact person, which is the login account of the SMS platform, and also the mobile phone number for receiving insufficient balance alarms, such as 86-18512341234;
IP whitelist, only the IPs in the whitelist can access the SMS open platform, up to 5 IPs are supported, and multiple IPs are separated by ", ", such as 192.168.0.1.
The project manager will assist the merchant to open an account and inform the merchant of the activation information, including:
Open platform AppKey: the login password of the SMS platform;
Open platform Secret: configuration information of SMS channel.
Ops will help update related configuration files
Merchant completes follow-up configuration
Basic Configurations
1. Admin system configuration (recharge, reconciliation)
Visit the website of the open platform: https://service.lzcbydz.xyz/sms/login
The platform will give a certain amount of credit, and the recharge can be completed through the recharge address on the right, and the recharge record can be viewed below. The recharge status includes five types: not received, received, failed, recharge closed, and frozen, as shown in the figure below:
Click on consumption statistics to view specific details.
The consumption details count the sending time and cost of each SMS/email, as shown in the figure below:
Consumption statistics count the delivery situation of each country by day, including the quantity and the cost incurred, as shown in the figure below:
2. Modify SMS configuration
If you want to use the ChainUp SMS service, you can ask Ops to update the relevant configuration files (provide information such as AppKey, Secret, etc.).
After the configuration is added, the merchant can search for "sms_sort_str" in the Privatization Backend System: system config-basic config-KV config, and adjust the priority of using SMS channel providers, among which:
Internal indicates that the sending target is a mobile phone number in mainland China (+86);
Foreign indicates that the sending target is a mobile phone number not in mainland China (+86);
Chainupsms means ChainUp SMS service. The SMS will be issued in order according to the priority of the channel provider configured here. If the channel provider at the upper level fails to send (the channel provider fails to return to ChainUp), it will automatically use the channel provider at the next level to continue sending;
After the modification, you need to click Release to take effect.
3. Modify mail configuration
At present, the system can only configure one mail-sending channel, and there is no problem with switching.
If you want to use the ChainUp mail service, you can ask Ops to update the relevant configuration files.
