IEO, the full name is Initial Exchange Offerings, that is, token issuance with exchanges as the core. A variety of subscription rules and token issuance methods can be set.
Function Entrance: Value-Added Services > Innovation Pilot Area - Project Management,The interface is shown in the figure below.
Project name: The project name is for the background display name, not related to the front-end display
Token currency: The token currency is the currency for issuing new coins. It represents the currency for sale. This currency needs to be added in the currency system management. Manual input is not supported. You can only choose
Total issuance of tokens: The total amount of token issuance is the number of issued tokens (the pre-order token is a gift, not included in the total issuance)
Subscription and payment currency: The receiving currency is the denomination currency, input is not supported
Planned amount to be raised: The amount raised is the soft limit of the currency to be raised. Representatives can continue to raise funds after reaching the raised amount.
Public offering price: Public offering price = amount of raised amount/total amount of tokens issued (automatically calculated by the system, input is not supported)
Maximum raise limit: The maximum fundraising limit is the maximum fundraising limit of the project. When the maximum fundraising limit is reached, the project will no longer be redeemable for purchase.(The maximum raised limit must be greater than the raised amount)(The maximum raised cap must be greater than the raised amount)
Start and end time: The start and end times are the start and end times of the project, the time is accurate to the whole point (project start time + warm-up time must be less than the current time)
Single purchase limit: The single purchase limit is the limit for each purchase of the user,enter the price range, the minimum value is required, the minimum value can be 0, and 0 does not limit the minimum number of purchases
Limit the number of purchases by a single user: When the switch is on, the user's purchase limit is required to be entered
Position: There are three modes available.
Position: When users subscribe, as long as the holding amount of the specified currency in their spot available account meets the requirement, they are eligible.
Fixed Position: At 00:00 on the specified date set by the merchant (server time), as long as the holding amount of the specified currency in the user's spot available account meets the requirement, they are eligible.
Average Position Held Over Time: Within the specified time period set by the merchant, the system takes a snapshot of the user's assets every day at 00:00 (server time) and calculates the average holding amount during that time period. As long as the average holding amount of the specified currency in the user's spot available account meets the requirement, they are eligible.
Require Currency: Merchants can set different exchange tiers. Users need to hold a specified amount of the designated currency within a specified time period to exceed the corresponding tier in order to qualify for the corresponding exchange quota, and the exchange quota is the total quota. For example, the first tier is to hold over 100 USDT to exchange for 10 Tokens, the second tier is to hold over 200 USDT to exchange for 20 Tokens. If a user has already exchanged 10 Tokens when holding 100 USDT, even if they reach the second tier later, the exchange quota would be 20-10=10 Tokens.
Limited Currency & Account Type & Maximum Limit: Merchants can configure that if the quantity of the specified currency in a user's designated account (spot available account, spot lockup account) exceeds the maximum limit, they will not be able to participate in this project, and there will be a system prompt when users subscribe.
Real-name authentication: Is the real-name authentication control switch required to purchase this item
Preheat plan: When the warm-up schedule is on, users can obtain multiple tokens a few days or a few hours before the start (actually obtained tokens = multiple * public offering price * purchase quantity, multiple issued tokens are not included in the total amount of token issuance, use this token ,the total amount issued may exceed the set limit)
Fill in the display information
Language version: Automatically obtain the language version according to the front-end language version, By default, the default language of the exchange is the default version. When the display information in other languages is turned off, the display information in the default language will be displayed.
Project name:The project name is the front-end display project information
Logo: Support jpg, jpeg, png format, the specification is 80px*80px front-end display position as shown in the figure below.
Banner: Support jpg, jpeg, png format, the specification is 1920px*230px front-end display position as shown in the figure below.
Project Details: Project details project display information, and the display location is shown in the figure below.
Items in the list have 8 states:Pending Review, Review Failed, Warming Up, Processing,Recruitment completed, Issue tokens, Return the subscription fund, Close recruitment, See the flow chart for the reverse between the specific states:
Status: Warming up, in progress, fundraising completed, token issued, subscription fund refunded, and fundraising closed.
Project Raising Data: Displays the raised amount, converted into RMB amount, and displays the number of subscriptions.
Project Recruitment Order List: The current project's order list.

Recruitment completed End
After the current time ≥ the recruitment time, or manually click to complete the recruitment.
After the fundraising is successful, the actual share will be calculated according to the formula：Share = user subscription amount * public offering price.
Manually issue the subscribed Token for the user, click the "Issue Token" button:
Issued according to the amount of Token actually obtained by the user.
The button "Issue Token" will be grayed out and cannot be clicked again.
To refund the subscription fund manually, click the "Refund Subscription Fund" button:

The button "Refund Subscription Fund" has become grayed out and cannot be clicked again.
If the project party want to control the progress of the IEO project, a transaction whitelist can be set.
Users in white list would not be limited below issues when buying IEO project and active for all IEO projects:
Not be limited by tokens of holding position
Not be limited by amount limitation for single purchase
Not be limited by min purchase amount: allow users in white list to buy the rest part(when rest amount for purchase is smaller than the limitation of purchase amount. For example. The minimum amount for purchase is 500, but the rest amount is 100. users in the white list would buy the rest part.
Users in white list would still be limited:
If project set up the limitation of authentication, users have to complete KYC.
There are total limitation for project.
Placement Quota Limits(limitation in front side)
Configuration method: System configuration > basic configuration > kv configuration, search for the content with the key value of newCoinProject_advance_buy_users, as follows:
Configure the UID of the whitelisted user in the configuration value, save and publish it online. When the user subscribes to IEO, he is not limited by the amount and frequency of the order.
Add the [Launchpad] module entry on the web page, as shown in the figure below.
Background path: public management - website configuration - PC theme configuration - homepage navigation - configuration, add the entrance of the innovation test area, as shown in the figure below.
Add the module entrance of [Innovation Pilot Area] on the homepage of the app version, as shown in the figure below.
Background path: system configuration - APP management - APP function service - add advertisement, as shown in the figure below.
Click the [Add Advertisement] button to edit the module information of [Innovation Pilot Zone] on the details page, as shown in the figure below:
