All the currencies added through "Spot - Token Config" will appear in the currency configuration list of P2P OTC transactions, and merchants can decide whether to open the P2P field of this currency. foreign transactions, as shown in the figure below. After modification, you must click [Publish Online] to take effect.
Click the [Edit] button to configure the relevant parameters of the currency, the details are as follows:
Whether to open OTC: "Yes", the merchant can publish the trading advertisement of the currency on the advertisement page, and the user can see the advertisement of the currency in the advertisement hall and conduct transactions; "No", it is not visible and cannot be traded.
Over-the-counter transaction fee: fill in a decimal, for example, fill in "0.001", which means 0.1%. It now defaults to 0 and the page is no longer displayed.
Exchange rate: The exchange rate of BTC, ETH, and USDT is the default value, which is automatically filled in. Only the currencies that are not in the BTC, ETH, and USDT trading area need to be filled in manually.
Function description: Off-site merchant authentication requires the submission of a security deposit, in order to restrict the merchant from preventing behaviors that do not comply with the credit of both parties (such as the merchant does not deposit money.
Function introduction:
Margin currency: The margin currency that users who need to apply to become a merchant off-site need to pay.
Whether to enable ordinary merchant authentication: After opening, users can apply to become an off-site merchant. After closing, there is no application entrance on the front end (see Figure of Merchant Application Entrance).
Margin for ordinary merchants: The amount of margin that needs to be frozen to become an ordinary expert on the market.
Merchant application email address: The address where the merchant receives the data from the off-site merchant application. (See Figure of Merchant Application Entrance)
Whether to enable super merchant authentication: After it is enabled, it can release more than the maximum limit issued by ordinary merchants.
Super Business Margin: The amount of margin required to apply to become a Super Business.
The maximum transaction amount of ordinary merchants: The maximum transaction range of ordinary merchants. A single transaction of ordinary merchants cannot exceed this limit. Only super merchants can post off-market advertisements that exceed this range.
Description: This function is mainly used to upload the data template applied by off-site merchants. The off-site merchant submits the review through the front end, and then completes the template information and sends it to the background administrator for review by email. After submitting the review application record, you will see: Fiat Currency Trading-Operation Management-Merchant Application List.
Notice: Since the exchange involves multiple languages, application materials templates also need to upload one in each language, otherwise off-site merchants cannot download the information templates in the front end.
Features:
Title: The file name, the front end is not displayed.
Language type: You can select the language supported by the exchange and determine the language in which the currently uploaded file can be downloaded.
Choose attachment: You can upload the prepared off-site business application template here. The file format is preferably: * .doc & * .xls.
The administrator can quickly understand the basic information of the merchant through the [Merchant Management] interface, including the number of transactions, credit, current advertisements and order information, as shown in the figure below.
Function description: This module mainly receives the records of the merchants applying for over-the-counter transactions. The administrator can pass or reject the records. The data to be reviewed in the list is displayed first.
Operation introduction:
You can query application records based on authentication status, user ID, merchant type, and application date.
All records are queried by default, and unaudited data is displayed first.
For new applications submitted, there is a review operation in the action bar.
In the review interface (as shown in the figure below), the first is the basic information of the merchant, followed by the merchant's asset information and transaction information; the tail is the merchant's audit instructions. When the merchant is audited, the application information submitted by the merchant needs to be uploaded When you fail, you need to fill in the reason for failure.
Operation instruction
Uploading attachments: During the review, you need to upload the application information submitted by off-site merchants (application information is sent to the configured email account by email).
Reason: When the audit fails, the reason for the failure must be supplemented. The user will receive the reason for the failure.
Function introduction: The advertisement management module mainly manages the advertisements published by the merchants. The background can filter the advertisement information, and can also cancel the inquiry of the advertisement information before.)
Instructions:
Search function: support currency (currency to open over-the-counter transactions), advertising type (buy, sell), fiat currency (fiat currencies involved in transactions), country, payment type, merchant ID, advertising status query over-the-counter Advertising information.
List data: You can view the publisher information, advertisement information, payment method, and release time of a single advertisement in the list.
Cancel the advertisement: Clicking "Cancel Advertisement" in the list will pop up a second window to confirm whether to cancel the advertisement. After confirming the cancellation, the advertisement will be offline before the front end.
The default display order of the class table data: in reverse order of release time.
The quantity limitation of adverisiment publish:
Merchants can search KV in background 'system configuraton-basic configuration- KV', configure the maximum advertisment, maximum advertisment would not be linited in the white list. (white list can be added in KV: otc_ad_white_list)
Function description: The order management module mainly manages users' orders for OTC transactions. The relationship between OTC ads and orders is a one-to-many relationship. An OTC ad may correspond to multiple orders. In addition to order information, you can view the order management chat record.
Instruction:
Search function: support querying OTC orders by OTC currency, order status, user information, order ID, time.
Data list: Query the off-exchange transaction information in reverse order of time in the data list.
Chat information-View: The administrator can view the OTC transaction order chat information to facilitate the processing of OTC appeals.
Rollback Order Status: The "Rollback Order Status" button mainly prevents users from performing no operations during off-exchange transactions, resulting in transactions not performing normally. Management can click the "Rollback Order Status" button to return the transaction to the normal transaction page. For example, if the user buys coins off-site, he has clicked "Cancel Order" or other operations have terminated the operation of "Confirmed Payment" after the transfer has been made, resulting in the failure of the merchant to make coins. If he clicks the "Rollback Order Status" button After that, the front desk transaction will revert to the payment confirmation page, and the user can submit the "payment confirmation" again.
Function description: All records in complaint management are from complaint records happened in OTC exchange. Administrators are able to soleve those complaints from OTC in this page.
Instructions
Search function: support querying off-site appeal orders by off-site currency, user information, order ID, time.
Data list: Query the off-site appeal data in the data list in reverse chronological order.
Chat information-View: The administrator can view the OTC transaction order chat information to facilitate the processing of OTC appeals.
Operation-Reply: The administrator in the appeal record can participate in the off-site chat between the merchant and the user.
Appeal Handling: Clicking “Appeal Handling” will display the appeal handling pop-up window.
Instruction
First choose to determine the payment result: the house has been paid & the buyer has not paid.
If the buyer has paid (the buyer can provide proof of payment): the order status can choose whether the buyer wins or does not count; when the buyer does not pay (the buyer cannot provide proof of payment), the order status can choose the seller to appeal or not to win.
Remarks on processing results: When the administrator completes the appeal, he or she needs to fill in the remarks. If the remarks are not filled in, they cannot be submitted for processing. Users can view the off-site chat records after the remarks are submitted.
Upload Attachment: This function is mainly used by the claimant to provide favorable appeal information, which can be displayed in the dialog box of uploading the content of the off-site appeal.
You can see the OTC transaction data of each user within the specified time, including the transfer of funds, transaction data, and the asset status of the OTC account, as shown in the figure below.
