A website message serves as the channel for the exchange to send point-to-point notifications to customers, which can be accurate to each UID. The operation interface is shown in figure above. The top of the page enables three search functions (by keyword, by type and by time), and the bottom enables paging and page turning.

Click[Add] at the top left of the interface as shown in figure above to add a new website message. The editing interface is shown in figure below.

Note:

  • Receiver: The user group receiving the website message. Enter a UID/UIDs to send it/them to one customer or some specific customers. If the UID is not entered, it will be sent to all users by default.

  • Content: It is the body of the website message that supports two contents including text and hyperlink, with a maximum of 200 characters.

  • Click [Confirm] and it will be pushed to the user in real time.

  • Update content: Reply is available in different language versions

The user can view the website message in the upper right corner of any page at the front end, as shown in the figure above When there is a website message unread, a small red dot as shown in the figure will be displayed in the upper right corner of the envelope icon.

Language logic for website message sending:

  • If users have complete the KYC verification, it would send website message in corresponding language to verified country.

  • If users don't complete verification, it would send website message in the lanugauge that users used when register in exchange.

  • Users can only receive a website message with corresponding language. If the language changeds, the content would not change automatically.
