User managment can check the users' personal information, account informatio and the function of frozen trade, withdrawals, cancelling abnormal orders and change phone number.
The Member Management interface is used to manage front-end accounts, and the above list is used to search for users. At the top, you can search users or user groups by keywords (supports UID, mobile phone number, registered mailbox) or registration period. For example, a customer contacts the customer service personnel by email, telephone, etc.. After the customer describes the problem, if this problem requires to query the user's assets or security information before it can be solved, the customer service personnel should request the customer to submit his/her UID or registered mailbox or mobile phone number. Enter the information in the search box and query it in the list. Another example: when there are external business exceptions (such as blockchain fork, recharging channel failure) or database business exceptions etc., it is found that problems occur in the recharging, assets and security information etc. of one or some users. After recording the user's UID, the operator enters the user's information in the search box, searches for the user, filters related data and reports them. Click any UID on the left to enter the interface of customer's personal information, as shown in the figure below.
