Using platform verification, the administrator can perform manual verification in the background. That is, after the user submits the identity information (country, name, ID number, ID photo, personal photo), the operator will judge the authenticity and compliance of the user information based on experience. Then choose pass or fail.
Please make sure that the currently used verification type is [Platform Verification]. If not, you can click the [Setup] button to switch.
In platform verification mode, administrators can customize the fourth display text on the page for uploading ID photos. If not configured, the default text will be displayed.
Under the platform verification type, the administrator can configure the user rights of Unverified and Verified in the background, including: user withdrawal limit, deposit limit, C2C transaction limit, as shown in the following figure:
The two verification levels can only adjust user rights, cannot customize verification requirements, and cannot add levels of other platform verification types.
Note: After switching the verification type, the verified user needs to be re-verified. After switching back, the user can restore the original verification level.
As shown in the figure below, the administrator can view the application information of all users in the [Platform Verification] menu. The operator needs to click the "Pending" button on the right to open the user verification information interface, verify the user's ID photo and then proceed with the review process.
This interface displays the KYC information submitted by the user, as shown in the figure below.
User KYC verification status, including:
Pending: The real-name authentication information submitted by the user through the platform verification type needs to be reviewed by the administrator;
Approved: After the administrator manually approves the application, the user's verification status changes to verified, and a SMS/email/in-site message reminder will be received;
Rejected: After the administrator manually reviews the rejection, the user verification status will be restored to unverified, and a text message/email/site message reminder containing the reason for rejection will be received (the administrator needs to fill in the rejection reason on the review page)
If the review is incorrect, the administrator can also click the [Approved] button again to return the verified user.
